[Bolognese With Soft-boiled Egg]

This is one of the best combination for Japanese pasta. Don't think that pasta is only Italian. Japanese people really like soft-boiled egg, especially on the pasta, rice bowl and... well, anything!
HAN-JUKU TAMAGO = soft-boiled egg
ONSEN TAMAGO(ONTAMA) = rawer than soft-boiled egg but not raw (egg in this photo is it)
