[EGGS BENEDICT]

This Eggs Benedict is with smoked salmon on the bread. I would prefer an English muffin though, this one was good. Usually, Eggs Benedict is a dish consisting of poached eggs and sliced ham on toasted English muffins, covered with Hollandaise sauce. When I ate smoked salmon instead of ham for the first time, I was impressed with the combination of smoked salmon and poached eggs with sauce. Since then, I always choose smokes salmon Eggs Benedict. If you like salmon, I'd like you to try it. You probably like it.
