This is very typical Japanese style pasta. Spaghetti with soy sauce, mushrooms, Ooba(which is Shiso-leaf), and grated Daikon-Radish on the top. I know this is really Italian-Japanese fusion pasta. Probably, Italian people haven't even expected it. But it tastes good. I mean good for me and Japanese people. There are a lot of pasta restaurants that serve this Japanese style pasta in Japan. Find and try it!
