[SASHIMI]

'IZAKAYA'(Japanese Style Bar) are everywhere in Japan. We can eat and drink with reasonable prices. usually they have many fish on the menu. All of fish are so fresh and seasonable. Chefs get a lot of fresh fish at the fish market or delivery from fish stores every morning. We eat 'SASHIMI' with wasabi and soy sauce. 'SASHIMI' is usually an appetizer. Chef has a 'Today's Sashimi special' everyday. You can eat different kind of fish every time.
