If there were many kind of broth, such as TONKOTSU(pork), MISO, SHOYU(soy sauce), and SHIO(salt) in a ramen restaurant, I would choose SHIO ramen.
This restaurant has SHIO ramen with TONKOTSU soup, which is really yummy. Not too strong, but not too light. Even though I'm not a fan of ramen, I would visit this place again. This SHIO ramen is topped with chashu pork, KIKURAGE(wood ear mushrooms), NITAMAGO(seasoned egg), scallions and black garlic oil.
