It's flowing somen noodle which is Japanese signature food in summer. Somen is very thin white noodle which is usually served cold, and dipped in a cold broth. This dish is very simple, and very refreshing. 'NAGASHI' comes from the verb 'NAGA-SU' which means 'to flow'. SOMEN-NAGASHI basically flows on a water slide made of bamboo. You need to catch using chopsticks. It's fun, and good for summer!
