[TANUKI UDON]

TANUKI UDON is a udon noodle soup usually served in a hot broth and topped with tempura bits called tenkasu. It's an odd name, because TANUKI means raccoon dog. It doesn't matter what it means. Anyway, it's very simple and tasty! In summer time, you can try TANUKI UDON with a cold broth, it's really good!
