[TOSHI-KOSHI SOBA]

We eat SOBA noodle for last dinner of the year. SOBA noodle is long, so we wish a long life, healthiness, and happiness. 'TOSHI (the year) KOSHI (cross over)'. Some people eat it at midnight, some people do for dinner.
