[TSUKE-MEN]

It's a kind of RAMEN, which is being served a cold ramen noodle separated bowl of soup or broth. Their broth is really thick and rich more than ordinary ramen. It has become very popular especially in Tokyo. There are many TSUKE-MEN restaurants.

'TSUKE' means 'to dip', 'MEN' means 'noodle'.
