[ITUMO-NO]

It means 'usual' in Japanese. You can say 'ITUMO-NO' at a bar or restaurant, only if you're a regular customer. That means 'The usual drink(or meal) for me'. When I go to a bar, red wine would be my usual drink.

ITUMO-NO YATSU = people generally say it with 'YATSU'. It basically is used for familiar person, or thing. So if you say 'ITSUMO-NO YATSU KUDASAI' at a bar, you'd mean 'can I have my usual drink?'.
