[KITSUNE UDON]

I prefer THIN noodle than SANUKI style. Of course the soup should be WESTERN style. 'KITSUNE' means 'FOX'. There is a deep fried bean curd on the top. We call it 'KITSUNE' in Japan. And it is known for fox's favorite food.
