YUME GA ARU = I have a dream (as that famous speech, for the future)
YUME O MIRU (MITA) = I have (had) a dream (at night, while you are sleeping, or it could say like first one)
'YUME (dream) NO (of) KUNI (country, land)' literally means 'Dreamland', but in Japan, that generally means 'Tokyo Disney Land'.
