It means 'how much is it?'. The word 'IKURA' has two different definitions. One is 'how much', and the other one is 'salmon roe' which is originally from Russian. So it also could mean 'Is it salmon roe?'. But the pitch is different. IKURA(salmon roe) from HOKKAIDO is really popular.
