[ITADAKI-MASU and GOCHISO-SAMA]

Before you eat, put your hands together and say 'ITADAKI-MASU'. It means 'I'm going to eat it / Let's eat!' for the chef.

And after you ate all, put your hands together again and say 'GOCHISO-SAMA'. It means 'It was wonderful, thank you' for the chef.
